We provide Ambulance services for outstation patients to transport them to the medical facility.

Our ALS & BLS ambulances are well equipped with state-of-the-art technologies for the people suffering from life-threatening ailing to non-life-threatening ailings or injuries. They are administered effectively until they are taken to the hospitals for further treatment. We make it successful with making the trained medical personnel available in these ambulances to serve the patient as per the situation .

Dietary Services

All patient meals are planned in line with the diet prescribed by the treating team and well trained competent dieticians accommodating patient's choices as far as possible. Room service for attendants is also available (you may contact on Ext. No. 6675 for Dietician ) for any clarifications/discussions.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED.

Pharmacy Services

We have an in-house pharmacy for OPD & IPD paients. The department of Pharmacy at Shanti Mukand Hospital provides high quality pharmaceutical care and medication procurement 24*7. The pharmacy staff maintains a safe, efficient system for dispensing medications. We are committed to continuously improve the medication use process ensuring patient safety and positive health related outcomes, with patients and their families. Our Pharmacy is staffed by highly trained registered pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians that works with the medical team to collaboratively monitor each patient's response to his or her medications.

Wi-Fi Facility

Wi-Fi internet facility is available on request for IPD Patients. Patient/attendant has to submit an identity proof, filed requisition form (available at cash counter) . Within a short while of request process completion, patient/attendant will be issued a guest password for his/her laptop. The service will be provided for 24 hours from the time of submitting the password. In case of further assistance, please contact Front Office Executives/Floor Coordinators.

Cafeteria

For patient attendants the cafeteria at Shanti Mukand Hospital is open 24 x 7. It is situated at the right side in the hospital premises to provide readily available snacks and beverages.
