Department Of Psychiatry provides a wide-range of mental health issues such as - schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety, learning disabilities, autism, child abuse, addictions, mental retardation, sexual dysfunction, sleep disorders, and others. A proper psychological assessment is carried out for children and adults in the areas of intelligence, specific learning disabilities, personality assessment, neuropsychological parameters, and psychodiagnostics, etc.

Mental illnesses have three causative dimensions; namely biological, psychological and social. These illnesses are being treated at all three levels.
