Dr. Goel has completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College and LNJP Hospital, New Delhi. He then completed his Family Medicine Residency training from Genesys Regional Medical Center (Affiliated to Michigan State University), Michigan USA. He subsequently received specialized training in Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Therapy at Anderson Hospital Wound Center, Mississippi, USA, He then served as Wound Center Director of Neshoba General Hospital, Mississippi, USA.

He is currently Board Certified by both American Board of Family Medicine and American Board of Wound Management and has more than 4 years of clinical wound care experience in United States. He has also received additional training in Hyperbaric therapy and diabetic wounds.
